Healthy ageing support in Indooroopilly

Support for staying active, independent, and well over time

Reasons to book a GP appointment

We work with you to create a care plan that addresses your unique needs and goals.

Whether managing chronic conditions or optimising your health, we're here to support your independence.

Chronic disease management

Managing conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and arthritis requires ongoing attention and adjustment. Our team monitors your progress and refines your treatment plan as needed.

Nutrition

What you eat can support health as you age. Our dietitians work with you to fuel your body with what it needs to stay strong, resilient, and to achieve your weight or nutrition goals.

Physical activity

Movement keeps you independent. Our on-site physiotherapist and exercise physiologists help you design activity plans that build strength and maintain mobility.

Cognitive health

Mental sharpness matters as much as physical health. We assess and support your cognitive wellbeing through evidence-based strategies and interventions.

Professionals working together for your wellbeing

Our allied health professionals collaborate to address more specific parts of your health. From movement to nutrition to emotional resilience, all without leaving the practice.

Physiotherapy

Work towards restoring strength and mobility through targeted treatment and rehabilitation.

Dietetics

Fuel your body with nutrition strategies that can support energy, strength, and overall health.

Psychology and counselling

Address emotional wellbeing and mental health to support your overall quality of life.
