When to book with a dietitian

A dietitian can help you make sense of food, nutrition and health in a practical way.

Chronic conditions

If you have diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, fatty liver disease, heart disease or another ongoing health condition, a dietitian can help you understand how nutrition fits into your care.

Digestive concerns

If you have bloating, reflux, constipation, diarrhoea, IBS-type symptoms or ongoing gut discomfort, a dietitian can help identify possible triggers and guide a practical plan.

Food intolerances

If certain foods seem to cause symptoms, a dietitian can help you work through this safely, avoid unnecessary restriction and make sure your diet remains balanced.

Weight concerns

If you are concerned about your weight, appetite, energy, eating patterns or body composition, a dietitian can help you build a realistic plan that supports your health over time.

How dietitian support works

Food plays a massive role in health and wellbeing.

Our dietitian uses a scientific, evidence-based approach to help you manage weight concerns, chronic conditions, food intolerances, and everyday nutrition.

Nutrition plans built for your life

Our dietitian listens to your current situation, constraints, and goals, then helps you build a plan that fits how you actually live.
