Do you offer mixed billing and bulk billing for GP Services?
Our general practice offers a range of billing arrangements to support your needs. Many of our patients are eligible for bulk billing for certain services subject to certain criteria. Our doctors, Indooroopilly-based and beyond, will make an effort to inform all eligible patients so that they can take advantage of this service. To learn more about our mixed billing or private billing options, you will need to speak with our reception team.

Our medical practitioners are happy to conduct TeleHealth (video preferred) appointments for existing patients. On certain occasions, a face-to-face visit will be required at the medical centre, where full diagnostic and treatment facilities are available. We can also provide home visits for patients who live within 3km of the nearest iHealth Centre.
Do you offer TeleHealth GP Services?
Our medical practitioners prefer to consult with patients at the medical centre, where full diagnostic and treatment facilities are accessible. However, we do offer video TeleHealth appointments when you aren’t able to be seen in the clinic. Additionally, home visits are available for patients who live within 3km of their nearest iHealth Centre. This will incur a private fee.
At iHealth Centre, we take pride in delivering the best clinical care possible, and will always make time to deal with matters of medical urgency for any patient. We hold on-the-day appointments for such conditions, and our reception team will always work with you to arrange an appointment with your doctor of choice.
