What is the Free Mini iHealth Check*
We developed the free Mini iHealth Check* to help our patients and others achieve optimal health and wellbeing. The Mini iHealth Check is a short self-assessment questionnaire to prompt you to review your health and wellbeing and identify anything that needs attention.
After completing the Mini iHealth Check, you will receive an emailed copy of your answers. If you feel anything that was identified in the mini iHealth Check needs attention, we encourage you to book in for an appointment with your usual GP. If you don’t have a usual GP, why not book an appointment with one of our experienced GPs at iHealth Centre Indooroopilly.
You can book online using the link in the email or by calling our reception team during normal business hours on 3870 2525. Please note standard fees apply for consultations related to your concerns.
